Jake and his family worked closely with My family on several rather complicated large commercial real estate transactions over the years. I Had to trust Jake on a few big decisions and he was right 95% of the time.. Not bad Considering the amount of landmines that were thrown us at every Corner. Trying to navigate two local municipalities codes, get approvals, give them their wants and fix their issues with the development from both at the same time for the same tracts of commercial or industrial land is though business and Jake always came through!!
