Before the bug, I rode across our country in a covered wagon, and moved our family from northeastern Pennsylvania to San Diego (yes, in a U-Haul). My wife and I have four (4) healthy and happy daughters, three (3) of whom are now in college. Our oldest is studying to become an architect. Our second is studying to become a guidance counselor. Our third is at college here in southern California, studying to become a nurse. And our fourth daughter is a grade school student here in Carmel Valley. Over time, like many other families, we have personally experienced the growth and most of the natural life changes that affect a person’s choice of residence.

Now, in addition to being with my family, I enjoy walking the trails in and about the county’s beautiful coastal areas, its many mesas, lagoons, mountains, valleys, wide spectrum of climate zones, dramatic views, rugged changes in elevation and terrain, and abundance of vivid tropical flowers. I try to get up on my surfboard. And I love all the opportunities that I have, to work closely with people, daily, regarding what is often their most meaningful asset, their home.

I’ve helped bring people together and close successful real estate transactions for more than 25-years. In the process, I’ve gotten to meet, work with, and help many unique home sellers and buyers – the entire range, from first-time home buyers who had little or no experience working with real estate assets, to some of the most detail-oriented and sophisticated shopping center developers and warehouse distribution center developers in the nation.
